"If I could describe the service that David and his team at Butler Vehicles provided in one word, it would be AWESOME. I have never met a salesman that cared more about the customer then actually making a sale. I live approximately 8-9 hours away from Richmond and so I was unable to inspect the car. Not only was I given a detailed description of the vehicle but I was sent a letter advising myself that if the vehicle was not as described that I would receive 100% refund and would be reimbursed of freighting costs. I also received 3 months of factory warranty, 3 months of dealership warranty, PLUS an extended 12mths dealership warranty.
BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE.
Because of where the vehicle was, it was almost impossible for me to pick it up. David took it upon himself to have my Toyota Yaris delivered to myself (the truck driver drove it into my driveway), get this, without ANY extra costs. I really think that one would be so lucky if they found another dealership that provided quality service with extremely polite and all round nice people to provide that quality service. So please if you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle through Butler Vehicles, call David or his team (they will hook you up). I will pass their name to anyone that asks about finding the right car. I know that I have and haven't stopped driving mine since it was delivered. They do not scam and they really do care about you and finding the right car to suit your needs."

I had been looking for a while, nearly over the whole process of purchasing a used vehicle, when I had stumbled across your ad on the Carsales Website.

"February this year I bought an EF ford Fairmont from butlers Used Vehicles. I have not had one problem since I have had the car. The pictures on the website where exactly what the car looked like when I got there, the service was terrific and they held the car until I could travel and pick it up. I couldn't believe the price and they had the car checked and fixed all of the minor problems so I didn't have to worry about a thing.
